Refund policy
Kin Dragon Vigor Group Limited (here and after "We") have a 5-day return and refund policy, which means you have 5 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return and refund.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your purchased Product must be serious damaged upon delivery, and such item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn , unused, not opened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us via whatsapp or email. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address instructed by us.
Subject to our review and confirmation which is at our sole discretion, If your return is accepted by us, we will provide you instructions on how and where to send your Product.

Exceptions / non-returnable / non-refundable Product items
Certain types of Products and relevant conditions cannot be returned nor refunded, details are as follows:
- An individual Product item net purchase price is above HK$5,000 or more than 10 years of vintage / age.
- Any kind of conditions on the label or capsule including but not limited to bin soiled label, stained label, loose or nicked or scuffed label, torn label, wrinkled label; corroded, cracked nicked or wrinkled capsule.
- Any of the on sale Product items
- Product items sent back to us without contacting us nor first requesting a return
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 21 business days.
